Honorable Mention – Courtyard Airport Istanbul (desk clerk apologized to me, when I had not finished confirming my points reservation and got us right into a room)
Worst customer service – Conrad Cairo (VERY disappointing when this was one of the few rooms we paid for rather than using points. Horrible check-in experience, extremely rude and disrespectful for two Hilton members with hotel status.)
Biggest Breakfast Buffet – Hilton Grand Pyramids Golf Resort
Best access to public transport – Hilton Berlin
Best toiletries – Park Hyatt Istanbul, Macka Palas
Best turn down service – Grand Hyatt Bangkok
Best View – Hilton Izmir
Best automated room system – Grand Hyatt Bangkok
Worst alarm clock – Park Hyatt Istanbul, Macka Palas ($3.50 alarm clock with the rest of the system to control rooms is state of the art)
